Aloha and Welcome! The classes below are best experienced in sequence. If you have the space and time, a full class gives you ample opportunity to drop into the Quantum Field of your body. IF you are short on time,  I recommend at least 20-30 minutes per day of Ho'omanamana. There are 'labels' throughout the videos if you wish to participate with shorter segments.
Each are approximately 10-15 minutes each.

A Guided Meditation Journey, located at the bottom of the page, are ideal integration after your movement practice. Guided Meditation Journeys include only stillness, no movement.  Please feel free to relax fully. It is not important to follow my voice, but rather to let go and allow your body to listen.
