Session 13 • Life Is Speaking
Ancient wisdom tells us that life within all existence is constantly speaking to us. At the cellular level, we renew two million cells every second. The *kaona*—the deeper meaning—of creation is always brand new! The vantage point from which we listen with conscious awareness determines what we see.
Our integration exercise brings us to an awareness of this conversation. We practice noticing more clearly how life rises up within us during our daily lives.
