Teaching Flying
Teaching Module Open to Advanced Apprentices & Accredited Practitioners only
Introduction
Welcome to an in depth, experiential exploration of the intricasies, energies and applications of Ka'alele 'au — the practice of moving all aspects of our embodied self in patterns of infinite motion. We will discover more about who we are, how we are moved and touched by the Mystery and how to pass on this powerful practice in alignment with the pathway of Ke Ala Hõkû.
This class is open to Accredited Practitioners and Advanced Apprentices only.

Refining Your Embodiment
The foundation of teaching is embodiment. It is important that your living demonstration of Ka'alele 'au be as harmonious, aligned and instinctive as possible. Your students will be more absorbing than 'learning' from you.
In this class, you will receive feedback on the videos previously submitted and offered refinements as homework.
Updated videos should be submitted by March 23, 2024.

Foundations of Physical & Energetic Alignment
In this class we will review refinements and begin discussing the foundations of the motion and it's access, as well as generation of the mystical forces of the body and the universe. How we 'meet' the motion of Life thorough the spine, feet and top of the head.
You will be given a schedule of specific explorations to do daily and weekly including documented notes on your observations.
Updated videos should be submitted by May 26, 2024.

Taking Flight
We will do a comprehensive review & sharing of the homework assignments and ways in which your system has shifted during Ka'alele 'au, and in your life. We will look at progressions and patterns in your flying, to find pathways of refinement through which you can continue to grow.
In this class we will look at possible approaches to introducing the work both in a Lomi Lomi workshop setting as well as independently. We will also go over the guidelines of "corrections" — i.e. when to offer which kind of correction and when to refrain from correction.
Homework will be to offer two classes prior to July 10 with video recording.
Class Videos should be submitted by July 12, 2024.
